We will initiated the same mode as the payment within 7 working days. We are a small shop and all our products are made to order, please make sure to refer to size guide before ordering. We are unable to provide free exchanges.
If the item arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com, then we'll gladly provide refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. Contact us right away if you have made an error with shipping address, we will try to correct this if possible.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
We will not be able to issue refunds if your order does not arrive due to factors outside our control.
